The project led by Eiffage Am\u00e9nagement is part of the \u00ab\u00a0Cath\u00e9drales du Rail\u00a0\u00bb (cathedrals of the railways) consortium, with the development of an \u00ab\u00a0Aerosol and Hip-Hop Museum\u00a0\u00bb space, located in Saint-Denis and led by the Maquis-art company and the Hip-Hop Citoyens association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim is to create a major cultural facility within the redevelopment of a new district, promoting hip hop culture and street art, whose presence in France is associated with Saint-Denis. The halles, a major heritage site in need of renovation, will be the focus of an in-depth study of their cultural dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our role<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaux Arts Consulting assisted Eiffage Am\u00e9nagement, Maquis-art and Hip hop citoyen in defining the discourse and the cultural theme of the Cath\u00e9drales du Rail, and in implementing the project, before participating in the writing of the project&rsquo;s cultural booklet and the presentation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Benchmark, interviews, and studies to feed the cultural concept,<\/li><li>Analysis of the current state of hip-hop cultural projects<\/li><li>Definition of programming ideas,<\/li><li>Definition of a macro launch schedule and a business plan for the project,<\/li><li>Formalization of the cultural booklet and coordination of relations with the graphic designer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impact and follow-up:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following support from Beaux Arts Consulting, Eiffage Am\u00e9nagement&rsquo;s project was selected by teams from SNCF Immobilier, the City of Saint-Denis and Plaine Commune.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Client: Eiffage Am\u00e9nagement 2022 Inspiration review, programming, analysis, formalization Context and challenges: The Cath\u00e9drales district in Saint-Denis is attracting interest from a number of redevelopment and development projects, combining housing, economic and cultural activities.
