In this context, the Essor real estate group and the Art Explora Foundation decided to submit a joint bid for the \u00ab\u00a0Pleyel en Mouvement\u00a0\u00bb project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaux Arts Consulting assisted the Essor real estate group and the Art Explora foundation in designing the project&rsquo;s economic and operational models, and in coordinating stakeholders and partners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Definition of the concept, programming, spatialization of activities and target audiences,<\/li><li>Development of the business model for the planned mix of activities (cost and revenue assumptions),<\/li><li>Definition of the resources to be deployed, in particular the project team (financial partners, operating team, etc.), and the timetable for development and activation of the site,<\/li><li>Assistance in defining the legal structure and governance of the operation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impact and follow-up:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaux Arts Consulting&rsquo;s support led to the drafting of an application for the call for projects, outlining the contours of a place to live and go, taking into account the urban and social context as well as the architectural and technical aspects, and featuring a sustainable economic model thanks to the combination of complementary cultural, event and commercial activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this support, the consortium was awarded the project in January 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Client: ESSOR 2022Positioning, economic modeling, new audiences, project management Context and challenges: Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Grand Paris, in charge of the entire metro network project, has launched a call for projects to operate the largest station in the Greater Paris area, within a 5,000 m\u00b2 building designed by Kengo Kuma, as a place for cultural and [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":1150,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"tpl-page-child-reference.php","meta":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.11 -
