This future \u201cCit\u00e9 des Arts\u201d must participate in the global transformation of the neighborhood of Saint Cyprien as an extension at the heart of the city. Beaux Arts Consulting, the CENTQUATRE-PARIS, and the Encore Heureux architecture firm were tasked to design a cultural project with international ambitions that would favor the appropriation of the site by residents and allow a multiplicity of uses and contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Analysis of the first approaches of the project and field study,<\/li><li>Definition of a common vision for the project centered around hospitality, in connection with the history of the site of La Grave,<\/li><li>Proposal of a detailed cultural project by confronting spatial and urban qualities of the site with the programming aspirations of the city of Toulouse, with the aim of developing a \u201cgrounded\u201d project and a multipurpose living space,<\/li><li>Conception of an economic model aligned with programming,<\/li><li>Outline of the communication strategy.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Client: City of Toulouse 2020 &#8211;
