2023<\/em>, Two inspiration and reflection seminars for L’Or\u00e9al, in France and the United States<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, Beaux Arts Institute created the S\u00e9minaire des Capucins for L’Or\u00e9al, an inspiring seminar for high-potential L’Or\u00e9al executives, designed to open up perspectives for reflection and confront its participants with complexity. In 2023, two editions of Les Capucins took place: in France at Chaumont-sur-Loire on the site of the first edition in 2022, and the pilot edition of Les Capucins Am\u00e9rique in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each seminar brings together around forty participants from all L’Or\u00e9al divisions, over a period of three to five days, in an exceptional setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beaux Arts Institute created a collective experience, a program adapted to each region (France, US and Asia), which alternates :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2b95 exchanges with artists, thinkers and scientists of excellence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2b95 moments of beauty (visiting cultural sites, gardens, discovering works of art, concerts, \u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2b95 physical and immersive experiences<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2b95 breathing times (mediation, walking, poetry workshop, \u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indeed, we are convinced that being in contact with artists and thinkers who share their work and approach is the most effective way to develop your own creativity and capacity to innovate, improvise, surprise, shake up codes, stand out, evolve and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We see artists as sensors and perceivers of profound changes and transformations in the world, <\/strong><\/strong>of which their works are the signals. Through their contact, participants learn to decode these signals, and to perceive the changes to come.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
