Outlining of clear concepts and positioning strategies for the implementation of contemporary art events as part of the creation of a new cultural and touristic site.
Context:
A major touristic and cultural project is to be implemented within the next 5 years in the Middle East. Beaux Arts Consulting is assisting the project’s developers in the department of Art & Culture, in the design of the targeted vision as well as the associated economic model, and, as preparation for the site’s opening, in the conception of major artistic events.
Tasks:
- Benchmarking of the international biennial art events and film festivals and conception of positioning scenarios connected to the DNA of the project
- Economic modeling of the targeted vision and design of the roadmap
- Outlining of events in preparation for the site’s opening
- Itinerant international exhibition projects
- Partnership strategy
