Context and challenges:

In the midst of a dynamic development process, the EPCC (Public establishment for cultural cooperation) is planning a series of extensions designed to broaden its range of services and diversify its user base: creation of an interpretation center, professional training, etc.

Against this backdrop, the EPCC has asked Beaux Arts Consulting to help it apply as a pilot structure to the call for tenders AMI France 2030 “Pôles territoriaux d’ICC”, a €1.8M initiative to provide engineering support for the structuring of a local arts and crafts cluster.

Our role:

Beaux Arts Consulting supported the City and the EPCC in the preparation of its application, by drafting the constituent elements of the application and leading the brainstorming and arbitration sessions necessary for their validation.

Beaux Arts Consulting has helped to:

• Further develop the consortium of players required by the AMI.
• Define the financial elements of the project, providing its expertise in public-private arrangements, and identifying the major financial items required for the financing plan requested.

Finally, Beaux Arts Consulting drafted a project engineering proposal tailored to the needs identified, underlining the CNCS’s need to benefit from the €100,000 engineering credit per winner dedicated by the AMI.
