Context:

The city of Vincennes – together with the Service Historique de la Défense and the Centre des Monuments Nationaux – published a call for proposals to create an innovative digital event tailored for the Château de Vincennes. This need answers a will to reveal a historical treasure that is still not widely known. Beaux Arts Consulting, in collaboration with the CENTQUATRE-Paris and the FIDAL law practice, develops innovative events scenarios to unveil the identity of the Château and spread its renown to a larger audience.

Tasks:

  • Benchmarking of innovative cultural experiences with a digital component in France and abroad
  • Situational diagnosis and completion of a series of individual interviews to identify the expectations related to the project
  • Proposal of several events scenarios incorporating the artistic concept, the technological feasibility, the economic model, and governance options
  • Detailed presentation of two events scenarios including artistic intention note, technical feasibility, roadmap, and operational economic model
