Context:

As part of the design of a major urban project combining leisure, culture and commercial activities, the real estate company called on the expertise of Beaux Arts Consulting to define a cultural and artistic project with a view to creating a large exhibition hall.

Our role:

• Support in setting up strategic partnerships with cultural institutions
• Benchmarking of innovations in cultural access and mediation, and recommendations for activations in response to the project’s territorial anchoring challenge.
• Economic modeling of the various scenarios envisaged for the cultural project and development of a ten-year business plan
• Governance scenarios
