Strategic positioning study for the cultural project of the “maison d’enfance of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry”.
Context:
Owned by the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes since 2020, the childhood house of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry is due to be transformed into a genuine cultural and touristic project, on a regional, national, and international level.
Tasks:
- Benchmarking of the cultural sites and innovative experiences
- Positioning scenarios and macro-quantification of the project’s costs and incomes
- Synthesis of the recommended roadmap
- Assistance in the creation and operation of the Scientific and Cultural Committee
- Support in formalizing the public service delegation contract and identifying the relevant operators
