Support for partnership strategy and deployment

Project management, communication plan, finding cultural partners and setting up partnerships

Context and challenges:

At the beginning of 2020, the Ile-de-France Region, in conjunction with Ile-de-France Mobilités and the Paris Ile-de-France Regional Tourist Board, launched an initiative to enable Ile-de-France transport subscribers to benefit from promotional offers or dedicated services within partner cultural establishments in the region, in order to become the pass for all forms of mobility, including cultural ones.

Our role:

Beaux Arts Consulting and 104 Ingénierie helped the Île-de-France region roll out this new service:

  • Identification of cultural institutions as potential program partners,
  • Assistance in setting up partnerships: drafting of a charter of reciprocal commitments between the project’s stakeholders and the cultural institutions, coordination of exchanges and the signing of the charter, dissemination of program communication materials.
  • Design of a communication plan for the general public, for Navigo card holders.

Impact and follow-up

Beaux Arts Consulting’s support has enabled the Pass Navigo Culture service to be set up with over three hundred partners, including museums, theaters, cinemas, festivals, contemporary art centers and galleries.
