Support for the creation of an immersive experience

Context and challenges:

Founded over a century ago, this French industrial group is keen to highlight its rich history and make it known to as many people as possible. A veritable institution in the daily lives of the French, the company has chosen to showcase its history through an immersive experience.

Our role:

Beaux Arts Consulting is assisting this industrial group with the scoping, sourcing and selection of service providers, as well as project management for the development of the virtual reality experience with a view to its launch in spring 2025:

  • Definition of the common thread – key dates/periods/characters to be remembered, formulation of the story and key themes to be addressed,
  • Identification of specialized companies and pre-quotation to best meet the expectations of the specifications,
  • Drafting of requirements and specifications for the immersive experience,
  • Drafting of the analysis grid,
  • Managing the call for projects for the virtual reality experience,
  • Framing of the production plan – construction of the business model and financing plan, timetable and key milestones, detailed specifications,
  • Monitoring of content production with the service provider and coordination of exchanges with the Group’s internal and external contributors.

Impact and follow-up:

Beaux Arts Consulting is currently supporting the company. The aim is to create an immersive experience that will initially be distributed in the Paris region, then in France and abroad.

To meet the company’s expectations, an immersive experience, in a shorter format, will also be produced to be used as a communication tool for events organized by the group.
