Solenne graduated from the ESSEC and has 25 years of experience in consulting and entrepreneurship in the fields of culture and communication: advise on innovation in the audiovisual sector (Canal+, M6, Radio France…), development of TheatreOnline, associate at Greenwich Consulting and then at EY in charge of strategy-related missions and reference studies for Cultural and Creative Industries. With Beaux Arts Consulting, she assists many cultural institutions (Monnaie de Paris, Philharmonie, Beaux-Arts de Paris…), local authorities (Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, City of Vincennes…), and private actors in the conception of strategic and innovation projects. She is also the managing director of the ArtNova impactful investment fund dedicated to supporting innovation for Cultural and Creative Institutions and a member of the board of directors of the Condition Publique in Roubaix as well as the Etablissement Public of the Mont-Saint-Michel.

Laure Pressac graduated from Science Po Paris, the ESSEC, and Paris I in art history. She has worked with cultural institutions, including the Magnum agency, the Louvre Museum, and the Centre Pompidou, for 20 years. She has overseen strategy, prospection, and digital technology at the Centre des monuments nationaux, from 2014 to 2019, where she notably launched the heritage incubator and developed innovative models such as the Hôtel de la Marine project. Laure is also a guide speaker and teaches project management and cultural entrepreneurship at Science Po Lille and Science Po Paris.

Alexis is an ESSCA graduate. He joined Beaux Arts Consulting as head of economic engineering in 2021. After 13 years at EY in the Project Finance team, he brings his expertise to assist public and private actors in the conception of new economic models as well as the legal and financial structuration of major architectural and infrastructural projects for the group Beaux Arts & Cie.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris – School of Urban Affairs, Marine has been working alongside private and public players on issues related to urban, tourism and cultural development for over 10 years. After four years with Voltere by Egis, where she led a range of consultancy missions in tourism and territorial development strategies, she joined Beaux Arts Consulting in 2022 to work on meaningful cultural projects rooted in their local environment.
Today, her experience in France and abroad enables her to support strategies and projects at every stage, from the birth of concepts to the definition of their operational modalities.

Camille graduated from Sciences Po Paris’ School of Public Affairs, specializing in the cultural sector. She also holds a Master’s degree in Museology from the National Museum of Natural History. She has worked with several cultural institutions, including the Arab World Institute, the Louvre Museum, and the Sainte-Geneviève Library. After two years as a consultant at Opérel, a cultural engineering operator, Camille joined the team at Beaux Arts Consulting as a Senior Consultant in 2023. She conducts feasibility studies for new facility projects and provides advice on territorial and international cultural development, with a focus on heritage.

Alice graduated from the Media, Art & Creation program of HEC Paris and has a master’s degree in Art history. She has worked alongside several actors of the cultural world, including La Fabrique de la Danse, in fundraising, the FIAC, in management and development of corporate partnerships, and the Centre Pompidou, in audience development and retention. Alice joined Beaux Arts Consulting’s team as a consultant in 2021. She notably works on designing innovative economic models, fundraising, and creating strategic positioning plans for cultural institutions.

After an initial internship with Conferentia, a Cultural and Creative Industry start-up providing access to culture for people with limited or no access to it, Bastien joined Beaux Arts Consulting in January 2023 as a junior consultant. Working on a two-year apprenticeship at EDHEC Business School, in order to professionalize his skills and work for players in the world of culture, Bastien was able to support public and private stakeholders in the production of cultural events and the study of innovative experiences.

Victor joined Beaux Arts Consulting in September 2024 as a junior consultant. He previously worked for IFCIC (Institut pour le Financement du Cinéma et des Industries Culturelles) as a credit analyst. He is particularly interested in issues relating to the cultural and creative industries, innovation and the diversification of own resources.

Blanche de Lestrange joined Beaux Arts & Cie in 2020 as an expert consultant for cultural and artistic programming missions, while she kept working as artistic director for the Art Explora foundation. Former vice-director of the FIAC and co-founder of the association Thanks for Nothing, she brings an in-depth knowledge of the contemporary art market and a valuable expertise in the development of events thought through the prism of solidarity.

Editor-in-chief of Beaux Arts Magazine and the Quotidien de l’Art, Fabrice previously held the position of project director of the ABCD Ingénierie Culturelle agency when it was created in 1986. While traveling the world to discover the European, Asian, African and Middle Eastern art scenes as editor-in-chief as well as curator, he devised many exhibitions such as “Mobile Art” for Chanel in 2007 exhibited in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and New York, “Paris-Delhi-Bombay” at the Centre Pompidou in 2011, “L’art en Europe” in 2012 at the Domaine Pommery, “Gateway: (Re)birth” at the Abu Dhabi Art Fair in 2016, and “Les Extatiques” shown at La Défense for the past 4 years. Fabrice brings his expertise on issues regarding the art market and artistic programming.
