2024, Four seminars of inspiration and reflection for the L’Oréal group, in France, the United States and Japan
In 2022, Beaux Arts Institute created the Séminaire des Capucins for L’Oréal, an inspiring seminar for high-potential L’Oréal executives, designed to open up perspectives for reflection and confront its participants with complexity. In 2024, four editions of the Capucins took place: two in France at Chaumont-sur-Loire where it all began, in New York for the second edition of the Capucins America, and in Japan for the first edition in Asia.
Each seminar brings together around forty participants from all L’Oréal divisions, over a period of three to five days, in an exceptional setting.
Beaux Arts Institute has created a collective experience, a program adapted to each region (France, US and Asia), which alternates:
⮕ exchanges with artists, thinkers and scientists of excellence
⮕ moments of beauty (visiting cultural sites, gardens, discovering works of art, concerts, …)
⮕ physical and immersive experiences
⮕ breathing times (mediation, walking, poetry workshop, …).
Indeed, we are convinced that being in contact with artists and thinkers who share their work and approach is the most effective way to develop your own creativity and capacity to innovate, improvise, surprise, shake up codes, stand out, evolve and grow.
We see artists as sensors and perceivers of profound changes and transformations in the world, of which their works are the signals. Through their contact, participants learn to decode these signals, and to perceive the changes to come.
