2022, Designing a day of reflection
In the spring of 2022, Beaux Arts Institute coordinated the organization of a day of reflection and panel discussions, as part of the Cartier and the Arts of Islam exhibition at the Musée du Louvre.
On the theme “Beyond Boundaries”, three conversations opened up perspectives on the notion of creativity, from the perspective of artists (with Simone Menezes, Liz Diller, Cai Guo-Qiang and Mariane Ibrahim), then that of cultural institutions (with Sophie Makariou, Tristram Hunt, Souraya Noujaim, Laurent le Bon, Pierre Rainero) to examine intercultural influences in the art world. The last conversation was an invitation to travel through the senses (with Amira Casar, Mathilde Laurent, Mori Sacko, Fabrice Bousteau and Beatriz Milhazes).
