2024, Seminar: an afternoon of practice and exchange on the theme of creation and craftsmanship
Design and coordination of a unifying back-to-school event for Hermès’ Métiers teams and “Parcours Collection” program.
Beaux Arts Institute was commissioned to organize a back-to-school event designed to create links between the various Hermès professions, encourage internal exchanges and provide an inspiring environment around the “Parcours Collection” program.
⮕ Sourcing and design of a tailor-made unifying event: design of four immersive program proposals based around the crafts of art, offering an inspiring setting for 100 Hermès employees.
⮕ Orchestration of a collaborative experience at the Jardin des Métiers d’Art et du Design: organization of a four-part event, alternating between plenary sessions, project group presentations, practical workshops and a cocktail reception.
⮕ Stimulating in-house creativity: small-group work sessions led by some twenty resident designers and craftsmen, encouraging cross-functional exchange and innovation.
