Study for the development of the cultural offer and activities, assistance in defining the editorial line attached to the chosen strategic scenario.
The Monnaie de Paris asked Beaux Arts Consulting to present them with potential directions to reposition its cultural offer in order to increase site traffic and develop its own resources. The mission contributed to the evolution of its model, combining programming strategy, offer requirements, digital innovation, and economic efficiency.
- Situational and institution positioning analysis through interviews and literature review
- Benchmarking of French and international institutions
- Development of evolution scenarios reviewed by the collaborators during workshops
- Submission of new lines for programming and mediation including a highly innovative dimension
- Economic modeling of the selected scenario and development of an operational and organizational roadmap
